Saint Thomas was one of the twelve Apostles of Jesus. The apocryphal Acts of Thomas, thought to be written during the second or third century, recounts the adventures of Thomas during his ministry. The Hymn of the Bride, which is part of the Acts of Thomas, contains a sequence of laudatory descriptions of a spiritual bride. Because of the symbolic nature of this composition, modern scholars substantially disagree about its interpretation. This lecture gives a theosophical interpretation and shows that the bride is an allegory of the human personality when it is illumined by the inner divinity. Donation: $10/$5 TS members.

Learn Symbolic Modeling basics: strategies for working with a client’s metaphors to promote personal healing and growth. This process is used by therapists, coaches, teachers, and business consultants. Through lecture and practice, learn the theory and how to apply the skills in this Level 1 course. Level 2 offered by demand. The $65 cost of an introductory telephone session with Gina Campbell will be applied to the workshop cost if you sign up. 20 NBCC CEUs available. Cost: $450.
Level I introduces you to the basic theory behind Symbolic Modeling and the skills applied to helping a client discover more about what s/he wants and communicating better.
Level II continues building your basic skills, adding how
to facilitate desired change.

using a client's metaphors effectively. Opportunities for further practice and
follow-up by teleconference are offered to help you master these skills.
