This is offered as a twelve-week educational program offered to Veterans.  This programs presents you with an unusual challenge.  How to understand what cause harmony in your body (lightness, balance, expansion) and what causes unwanted disharmony (tensions, stress, tightening).  RSVP by email. tsboston@msn.com

The format of the program is to guide (teach) you in experiencing tools of perception.

The first such tool is learning how to experience a Peaceful Spot in the middle of your brain.  In meditation one often hears of the quiet place that helps people put things into perspective.  A peaceful emotional experience can be like a time out from other emotions.

The second tool is discovering your brain's imaging system.  This is quite an interesting challenge. Images will show up as an expression of your subconscious, that you can mold into a game plan for the kind of a person that you can become.  It is the activation of the Peaceful Spot that gives you the access to this ability.

The third tool is the Virtual Tour.  Once you master the ability to interact with how images show up and how to utilize them for information and insight, you then learn how to use images as a Virtual Tour.  You can literally walk through your life experience as if you were experiencing a hologram.  How often do you get a chance to live your life again and review it?

A Course In Miracles

MONDAYS AT 7:30 PM   with Paula Sharaga  morethanpaula@yahoo.com

AACIM teaches that for each of us, the problem is not "out there" in the world, but in our minds - in the way we think about the world. By owning our projections, we can learn to forgive others (and ultimately ourselves) and experience true peace and happiness.
